Four days later it was the big day: It was the day of the prom. And as I can see all four, wait, all six are freaking nervous. Yes, even Kath and Joëlle are nervous. Why? Haha! This is a moment to say: I know something that you don’t know! Wait and read..

“Jojo! Gimme my mascara back! I wasn’t finished with it!” “Hurry up then! I also need to prepare..” Joëlle was muttering at her younger sister. She zipped her dress up and did her hair. “Done!” Kath handed her the mascara and walked away from the mirror to put her dress on. Quick Joëlle did her make-up and both girls were ready to go. “Are you done?! Man, why do girls need so much time to get ready..” Mikel was pacing up and down in the hall way. “You shut up now or I will come personally down stairs to kick your ass with my high heeled foot! And prepare: It’s a killer heel! And if you keep pissing me off I will kick you somewhere that you won’t have the ability to have children of your own!” Kath yelled downstairs. Joëlle came downstairs first. She stuck her tongue out to her brother. “Watch it young lady, or I will tell that dude that you are mean for your brother.. After all he’s one of my friends..” Joëlle walked into the livingroom and sat down next to Basty. “Nervous eh?” Basty nodded and kept on reading the book he was holding. “You know, I heard a story today at the unerversity about spiders.. They tend to creep into books, especially thrillers, and when the reader doesn’t notice it, he walks over his arm, up to his neck and bites the reader. He will spread a deadly toxic in the body of the person..” “Sounds nice..” Joëlle started to laugh. Basty looked up from his book. “Did I miss something? Why the hell are you laughing?” “No, nothing.. I only told a story and it was creepy and you were like: Sounds nice.. Like a real zombie! It was hilarious!” Mikel walked inside. “Am I the only one who’s freaking nervous?” He was almost jumping up and down. “Mikel, sit down before I have to follow you jumping up and down..” Basty said and continued reading. “How the hell can he read while I’m just freaking out?!” “Don’t be nervous.. You look good.. And I’m reading a book because it calms me. If I wouldn’t, I would be jumping, running and yelling.. Not my most charming side, dontcha think?” Mikel sighed. Not much later also Kath came downstairs.

Exactly at eleven ‘o clock their clothes changed into beautiful dresses. Laura’s blouse and skirt changed into a beautiful violet dress. And Priya’s old dress changed into a gorgeous green one. Also their hair and make-up was done. Priya wore a pearl necklace and earrings. And Laura wore a silver necklace with a small sapphire and earrings with the same stone. Even their shoes changed into beautiful high heeled ones. “Good, we have the dresses, jewelry and make-up.. But how the hell are we getting there?” “Poof!” The girls looked at the table in Laura’s bedroom/ livingroom. “Sorry, we forgot that thing.. If you go outside, around the corner, first street on your.. Ehmm right, there wil stand something to go to the prom. Sorry my mistake..” Imke’s face had the same color has her hair. Quick the girls walked outside and followed the advice Imke had given them. There stood four white horses and a beautiful silver colored cauch. The girls got inside and it began to ride. Not much later they arrived at the castle. It was busy outside. Al sorts of cauches were parked on the parking space. The girls got out and walked to the big door. “Invitation please?” Priya gave them and they could walk inside. A lot of girls were dancing. The girls were a little bit late but that doesn’t matter, right? Two men walked to them. One was familiar for both girls, the other wasn’t. The other looked at Laura. Her heart began to beat faster then it already did. Priya looked at the other man. Also her heart was beating faster with seeing the man who gave the invitations. “Shall we dance?” The stranger asked Laura. She nodded. He took her hand and they walked to the middle of the hall. “Can I have this dance of you?” The other guy asked Priya and smiled. Priya nodded and also they walked to the middle of the hall.

Basty took the hand of the brown haired girl in front of him and started to dance. He looked over her shoulder and saw that Mikel was doing the same. The musicians began to play a slow song. Basty didn’t hesitated and held her closer. He could smell her shampoo. He smiled and closed his eyes.

Also Mikel was smiling. He laid his hands around her waist and they just danced, ignoring the jealous looks from all the girls there. Okay, except for Joëlle and Kath. They were also dancing. Kath with Ony -one of the gardeners- and Joëlle with Javi –one of the chefs-. They were having so much fun that they forgot the time. And soon..

And soon there was the sound of the clock, who said that it was 0.00. And also a poof on the shoulders of the girls. Quick the girls left the boys alone, without even knowing their names. But they didn’t noticed that their necklaces fell of their neck and stayed at the palace, inside on the stairway. “Who’s that dude with the sexy green eyes, that one!” And Imke pointed at the guys. The four men were looking at them while the girls walked away. Laura’s shoes disappeared so she ran further on her bare feet. Also Priya her shoes disappeared, and not much later their own clothes were back. They climbed into the cauch. Half crying, Laura said: “Is this thing also gonna change into a pumpkin or an apple or something?” “Nah.. We rent it.. It only has to be back tomorrow at 10, so don’t worry sweetheart.” Malene smiled and caressed Laura’s cheek. “Lau, we will never see them again.. We didn’t stole their hearts..” Also Priya was crying now. The fairies smiled. They knew something the girls didn’t.

“Wait! Don’t go! I don’t even know..” Mikel and Basty looked below them. There were lying two necklaces. One with a soft pink pearl and one with a blue sapphire. They took it in their hands. “I’m having a Cinderella déjà vu..” Basty said and looked at his friend. “Me too.. So, shall we do the same as the prince in Cinderella? Knock on every door until we found those girls?” Basty nodded. They closed their hand and walked back inside. Kath and Joëlle were waiting there with two men. Mikel smiled. “Nice to see you two here!” He shook the hands of his friends. “Nice to see you two mate!” Javi said and smiled back. Also the other guy, Ony, smiled. “So, you trust us to dance with your sisters?” Mikel made a funny face to Ony. “As long as you can behave yourself, ONY, I will. And don’t let me kick your asses..” He warned his mates and they all laughed. Also the other girls left the prom, disappointed in the fact that the prince didn’t danced with them. That night both guys didn’t slept well, curious to the fact if they would see those girls ever again..
