Actually it was kind of Katja, that she wanted to help those losers. It was cool of her. So thursday evening, maybe Katja wanted to eat with us, I could let make Greek or Thai. In the maths lesson I sat next to Kath, and we were talking about my last lesson.
‘And she wanted to work with those losers, without any pressure?’ Kath asked with disbelief.
‘Yes, she doesn’t want to insult someone, I think she wants to be friends with everyone.’
‘And are you going this afternoon to Ony?’
‘Yes, do you have black nail polish with you? I want to surprise him with something totally different!’
‘Por favor, don’t change into some loser like Ms. Sadness,’
‘Don’t be crazy, I want waves on my nails, like Katja has it’s soo cool!’
Kath looked at me. ‘Is she your best friend now?’
My mouth opened when I heard that. ‘What do you have? I just want to look good for Ony!’
Suddenly Kath busted into tears, I looked at her waterfall of tears but handed her a tissue.
‘Is it the time of the month again?’
‘Rafael dumped me!’
‘What did he do?’
‘He came yesterday to me, and then he said all was over!!’ a long sniff followed.
’Oh,’ I said understanding. ‘But that doesn’t matter really, you didn’t care about him for ages!’
‘But I was still a virgin when I met him!’ she calmed down a bit but kept crying. The maths teacher let us, he was used to it that we did something different then maths.
‘Noo!’ I said with big eyes. ‘I thought that already happened with Carlos!’
‘No, only because I didn’t wanted to be the virgin of our group I said it,’ I slapped her back a few times, calming.
‘So many tears about a boy, you know you go with me this afternoon to Ony, and we introduce you to Mikel, you think he is sexy, wasn’t it?’
‘I don’t want Mikel! I want Rafael!’ Alright, she was deep in shock, you were not going to tell me she was sober.
‘Kath, what did you took?’ I asked worried.

‘Lorenzo…,’ what did my ex with hash, now I’m happy I dumped him.
‘He said it helped when you just broke up…,’ What a stupid revenge action. He also knew so good as me that that stuff only made your feelings stronger, Kath could have died by jumping through a window because of this.
‘Hey chica, believe me, he isn’t worth you. This afternoon we’ll make you already no single anymore. About a boy you don’t cry, remember!’ Kath dried her eyes and nodded.
‘And no drugs during school, what do you on parties I don’t care, but not in school, you are ‘clean’ got it?’ she nodded again. And a loud rang announced the lunch break. I took her hand and pulled her with me, I was the only girl who could walk holding hands with a girl without getting the rumour about lesbian. Maybe because I was always the one who joked that and that it then always went through the whole school. Hello, not everything I meant was meant serious.
Some while later my friends were with me and even Katja came.
‘Hi chica!’ I ran to her and hugged her. She blinked when all my friends also hugged her.
‘How’s with you? Did you survived English? Sir Ramos is so stupid and awful!’
‘I think he’s nice…’
‘Then you are in back of the class for sure? But me and Imke he putted in front of the class! And he talks with consumption!’
Katja looked at the bar, Sir Ramos got canteen service. The teachers did that one by one, because we hadn’t enough people for that. Unbelievable, then you were on the most rich gymnasium of the city, and they couldn’t even hire canteen people. It was a shame! Katja looked at Ramos and imagined like I did that his spit fell in the eat, she started looking green.
‘Don’t worry, we don’t eat here when Ramos serves the food!’ I said.
