Part 12


My Dear Diary,
Happy New Year!!! Yesterday was the last day of year and everything was great! I spent all day with Ony. And of course each girl was with her boyfriend. Monika with Mikel, Laura with Basty and Jessica with Javi.
Ony and I was supposed to meet at the café at 11 o’clock but Ony came at home at 10.
Monika had slept at Mikel’s so she wasn’t there. Laura had left a few minutes before Ony arrived and Jessica was missing since yesterday but we were sure she was with Javi.
So when Ony arrived I was eating breakfast. He had already eaten so he just sat and watched some TV. I went to have a shower and when I came out of the bathroom he was washing the dishes. I went to the kitchen and kissed him. I went to my bedroom and started getting dressed when Ony came in.
“Oops, sorry” he said and turned around.
“It’s ok, you can turn now” I said as I had wore a T-Shirt.
“I just wanted to ask you were are we going”
“Hey, it’s time for me to make you a surprise” I said.
I was ready in 10 minutes and we left. I took him to a place where I always like to go for a walk, especially at this time of year, the beach. It was always so quiet there. No people talking, no children screaming, dogs barking, nada, totally different form Spain. It’s the perfect place to think. We walked along the whole beach, holding each other’s hand. We stopped, sat down and looked at the sky full of clouds and the sea that seemed to be gray.
“It’s very nice here,” Ony said.
“Yeah, I’ve came here a couple of times when I wanted to think or relax”
“Think huh? Like what?”
“Mostly of you since we met, but also my home, Spain, and my parents who I don’t know, and so many familiar things that I miss.”
“You could search for your parents”
“I’d like that, I just believe that I’m not ready yet to see them, to know that truth”
“I love it when you talk like that, seriously, thinking a lot” he said hugging me.
“Ehm…shall we go now? I’m a bit cold and it seems as it’s going to snow”
“Yeah, sure, let’s go home” he said put off his jacket and gave it to me.
“But now you’ll get cold”
“Don’t worry, I’m fine”
“Thanks”
It was one o’clock when we arrived home, we agreed not to go to a restaurant but sit inside and eat something simple.
“Hey honey look it’s snowing” Ony said when he looked outside the window.
“Wow”
It was snowing very much, you couldn’t see across the street and everything was white, the sky, the street, the cars, the umbrellas people were holding rushing on the pavements to go home as soon as possible. Ony hugged me and we kissed.
“One more reason not to go out” I said
“It’s beautiful”
We went to the kitchen and we made a delicious soup. After finish eating we lay on the couch and watched some TV.
When it stopped snowing we went for a small walk on the neighborhood, which ended up in a snow fight (mostly because of me hehe).
We went back to Ony’s apartment at 6 o’clock. We listened to some music, and played scrabbles.
“You know my grandma told me that when it turns 12 o’clock and it’s new year, the thing that you are going the specific time at 12 will be what you will be mostly doing throughout the whole year” I said and it was 23:58.
“Really? Great!” Ony said and kissed me. We were still kissing when it went 00:00. After that we went to Ony’s room…

Part 13

My Dear Diary,
Yesterday all 8 of us spent the day together. We all gathered at Mikel’s apartment which mostly looked like a house xD. Downstairs when you entered the house you came into a hall that led to the living room, which was literally huge. Purple painted, with dark brown almost black furniture. A door led to the kitchen mostly in the colors of beige, and on the left there was a ladder going upstairs where were the bedrooms and bathroom. It was very nice.
We all sat at the living room, some of us on the sofas and some on the floor. We talked for hours when Mikel said the magic words…”I’m hungry”.
“So, we can go to the kitchen and cook something if Mikel doesn’t mind” Jess said.
“Of course not, it’s all yours”
We went to the kitchen were the girls told me everything about their previous day.
Laura and Basty stayed at Basty’s. When she arrived there, Basty was waiting for her with a bouquet of flowers in his hands. He had also decorated the living room and the bedroom with Laura’s favourite flowers. He had also some candles on the tables, the fireplace and the bathroom to light up later. They lay down on the sofa by the fireplace and it was so nice that they fell asleep. She woke up 3 hours later at 3 o’clock and Basty was still sleeping. She cooked spaghetti and went to wake him up but she couldn’t. She said he looked so nice sleeping that she sat there and watched him for the next 20 minutes when he finally woke up. They went to eat and they watched some TV when they decided to go for a walk. They went to a café downtown and came home at 8 o’clock. They listened to some music, and when the New Year came they opened a bottle of champagne. They ended up drank at Basty’s bed…
Moni and Mikel…well…she said that they went for a walk at 11 o’clock in the morning. They walked further and further until Mikel started getting hungry and Monika too. They went to a fast food restaurant to eat. It was great she said. After eating they kept walking and talking, hugging and kissing. When it started to snow they were near a small park and so far away from home that they had to call a taxi to go home. Until the taxi came, they sat to a bench hugged each other to keep warm cause it was getting cold, and then Mikel told her how much he loved her, and that he would do anything for her. He’s such a romantic guy! The taxi came and at 9 o’clock they came home. They played some chess (Mikel won) and then lay to watch some TV but they were so exhausted that they both fell asleep on the sofa till morning.
Jessica now…. She woke up at Javi’s apartment. Javi had already woken up and he was standing at the door looking at her while she was sleeping. He had already made breakfast. They ate and got dressed and went for a coffee to a nice cozy café. After that they went to the park and sat on a bench on the lakeshore. They went for a small walk around the trees and some hours later they decided to go to a nice restaurant. After that they went home and they didn’t even understand when the New Year came.
After all the stories we ate with the guys and had a really great time till very late. We went home all together and fell asleep almost at once.

Part 14

My Dear Diary,
First day at university after Christmas. Laura and I left from home at about 9 o’clock. We went to the university where Mikel came a few minutes later. We talked while we were walking towards class. The only thing he could talk about was Moni. He’s obviously in love with her and I’m glad about that. He’s such an angel!!!
“Mikel, stop talking about Monika” I said
“Oops… sorry” he said
“Yeah Mikel, stop talking about Monika so that Amanda could start talking about Ony” Laura said ironically.
“Hey, I wasn’t going to talk about Ony”
She gave me a glance
“Ok, ok, I was going to ask about him, not talk” I admitted
“Yeah right!” Mikel and Laura said together.
“Amanda, I have news, I think you are crazily in love with him, you can’t stop thinking of him for just a moment”
“Yeah, Mikel you’re right, but I think he feels the same about Amanda” Laura told me and smiled.
“Yeah, I think so too” Mikel said
“Could you please stop talking about me as if I wasn’t here?”
We entered the classroom. Laura sat on my left and Mikel on my right.
“Just forget that Ony exists for an hour” Laura said when she saw me drawing hearts on my notebook.
“Ok, ok”
“Ony, Ony, Ony, Ony…” Mikel whispered in my ear.
“Mikel, shut up” I said and closed my ears.
“Yeah, Mikel, shut your mouth, you’re making the things worse” Laura said
“Basty, Basty, Basty…”
We both sighed and tried to pay attention to the professor talking. The one-hour of lesson passed so slowly…! After that we went for a drink and something to eat, we had half an hour break. The nest lesson was very easy because the only thing we had to do was take notes of what the professor was saying. Two hours later, when we went home we decided to stay there and clean it a bit xD. Monika came back from university at 9o’clock with a movie for us to watch. The movie ended at 12 o’clock! It was very nice and touching. It’s a bit late now so…goodnight sweetie!!!

I hope you will like it, I will try to post every day or every second day at least from now on

Thursday 29th January

My Dear Diary,
Today I woke up and I felt like someone was watching me. I turned around and indeed someone was staring at me. It was Ony.
“Buenos Dias mi angel” he said.
“Buenos dias”
I got up and he came near me and we kissed. I went to the bathroom.
“Where are the girls?” I shouted from the bathroom while Ony was in the living room.
“Moni went with Mikel to university, she had lesson and he went with her to keep her company, Basty and Laura went at Basty’s and Jess with Javi went for a coffee”
“Oh...so we are alone huh?”
“Yep, do you have anything in mind?” he asked while I came out of the bathroom.
“Nope, I don’t think so, you?”
“How about breakfast?”
“Oh…great, I’ll make something quickly”
“You don’t have to, it’s ready waiting for us in the kitchen”
“Wow, great! Oh...honey”
After eating the delicious breakfast Ony made, we went for a walk to the park. It was four o’clock when we decided to eat lunch and go to the cinema…for the first time !!! We ate at a fast food restaurant and agreed to Ony come and pick me up later. When I arrived at home the phone rang, it was Laura!
“Hey honey, how are you?”
“Hey, I’m great you? How’s my bro’?”
“We’re great, is Ony still there?”
“No, he went home, but we’re going to the cinema in an hour”
“Oh…Basty and I went to the cinema yesterday, it was amazing!”
I’m so glad you too are having such a great time together”
“Yeah, we do, sorry, got to go”
“Ok, see ya, have fun”
“You too, bye”
I went to the bathroom to have a quick shower and when I came out of the bathroom the phone had 7 unanswered calls by Ony.
“Hey, is there something wrong?” I said when I called him back.
“Where have you been? I got worried”
“I was having a shower”
“Thank God”
“Did you want something?”
“Nope, not really”
“Oh…ok, I’ll see you later then, love you”
“Love you too”
Right on time he came to pick me up. We went to the movies and saw ‘Twilight’. It was sooo… amazing!!!! I truly fell in love with the movie as with the book which I had already read of course. After the movies we were talking while walking and we went to Ony’s home instead of mine. We went upstairs and had a shower and played ‘True or dare’. It was so cool but we were exhausted that we both went to bed. I just sent a message to Laura to tell her that I’m staying here and…aw…goodnight!
