Part 27

*At the Official D’NASH Come Back Gig*

“5 minutes ‘till curtain!” Someone shouted.
“Ahhh 2 minutes! Im so nervous!” Ony said. “I need to go and find my good luck charm!”
“When you say good luck charm you mean Lily right?” Mikel asked.
“Yeah… I am so scared! This could either make us – or break us!” Ony replied.
“Well hopefully it will make us.” Javi laughed.
“Shouldn’t you have left already?” Basty asked Ony.
“Oh yeah, see you out there!”
He left the other boys doing their warm up exercises.

He went into a quite room, and there sat by herself on the windowsill, daydreaming, was the love of his life. He silently tip toed in the room. He was just going to sit and watch her, but he knew the clock was ticking.
“Lily?”
She jumped.
“Oh my… you scared me!”
“Sorry, I didn’t mean to, I just wanted to talk to you before we go on.”
“Oh okay, what did you want to talk about?”
“Nothing in particular, I just wanted to hear your voice and see your face and kiss your lips.” Ony said with a cheeky grin.
“I don’t object to any of that… carry on.”
“Well, give heard your voice, seen your face, all I have to do now is kiss your lips…”
Lily leaned in and kissed him passionately.
“Are you happy now?” Lily asked
“Very!”
“Well you can have some more after the show. I will be watching in the wings.”
“But after the show is the party… and their will be people watching!”
“Since when did you care about people? Well we will give them something to watch anyway” Lily smiled cheekily.
“2 minutes till curtain!” the voice shouted again.
“That’s your cue.” Lily said
“Yeah I better go.”
“Good luck!” lily smiled.
“Thanks Hun!”

He met the other boys back stage and they were welcomed on stage by adoring fans. The crazy girls screaming really raised the roof!

“I guess they were missed!” Lily chuckled as she watched the performance from the wings.

Part 28 - The Penultimate Part

* At the After Show Partaay! *

Lily sat in the corner with a drink in her hand, wondering where Ony was. She had only seen him quickly as he was rushed off stage to get cleaned up for this party. It couldn’t really be called a party, it was more of a bore in Lily’s opinion. Her only companion was the alcohol. Tet was on the dance floor with her friends, and she seemed to have forgotten about Lily. If this was what the rest of her life was going to be like, she wasn’t so sure she wanted to marry Ony anymore. Well it was no use just sitting in the corner. She got up and went to find Ony.

It took her a while after she ploughed through all the tipsy celebrities “getting their freak on” on the dance floor. He was stood in the V.I.P. area with the other boys. They were talking to some reporter. Lily walked up behind him and grabbed his waist. He turned hastily around and said:
“Not now!” Ony said nastily. “Oh its you! Sorry Hun, I didn’t mean to snap. I thought you were someone else.”
“Who else is there?” Lily asked confused.
“Maybe a fan or something. I’m busy right now, can I come and get you later.”
“Fine…” Lily said disheartened.
“I’m sorry chica! Its business, you know how it is.”
“Yeah, I guess I’ll see you later then… bye.” Lily slumped off back to the corner.

“Well this is a bit shite.” Lily thought as she picked up her drink again. She waited all night for Ony to come and find her. But he didn’t. All night it was just her and the drink. 3 hours she was waiting seemed like a life time. Eventually Ony came over and told her it was time to go home. As soon as she got in the car she was asleep. By the time they got home Ony was worried. He took her up to bed and got her ready for bed, and snuggled in next to her.

“I’m sorry I didn’t see you much tonight.” Ony whispered in her ear.
“You didn’t see met at all actually.”
“I know, an I’m sorry…”
“No, its ok, I had a lot of time to think… and I’ve come to the decision that I don’t want to live in your shadow. I had a crappy night tonight, and since you have got back together now I imagine that’s what every other party is going to be like…I want to leave.”
“You are just basing your departure, and ruining what we have on one night?!” Ony sat up.
“Its not just one night, you know I have aspirations for my career, and I have realised I shouldn’t give up on that just to live in someone’s shadow…”
“But…”
“No buts… I have to go, if I don’t do it know, I won’t ever do it. I am going to leave in the morning.”
“Are you sure?”
“Very.”
“Well it’s your decision, I am only letting you go because I love you with all my heart… and if this is what you want…”
“It is. Thank you for understanding. I love you.” Lily whispered as she kissed him for probably the last time.

Part 29! the end!

* 3 years and 6 months later – Birmingham U.K.*

“Cheese!!” Lily’s dad said as he held the camera up and took a picture.
“Pris don’t slouch!” Lily’s mum shouted.
“Sorry Mrs Daniels.” Pris smiled. “Imke, get over here and have your picture taken with your sister!” Imke came running over.
“You know it so good that even though we haven’t spent much of this year together, we are ending it together.” Pris whispered to Lily.
“I know, thank-you for being there for me!” Lily hugged Pris.
“Your very welcome, and I’m sorry it didn’t work out. Do you regret anything?”
“Not yet I don’t…I guess it just wasn’t meant to be. Don’t say that I didn’t love him, because I did. I just think that I needed to get out there first and explore the world on my own.”
“Well lets for get about the past, we are graduates now! The world is our oyster!” Pris smiled.
“Yeah you’re right, and tonight we can party like rock stars!” Lily laughed.
“Ahem.” There was a masculine voice behind her. Lily spun around. It was Ony. IT WAS ONY!
“Oh my… is it really you?” Lily asked.
“Yes, it’s me.”
“Why are you here?”
“Well I knew you would be graduating now… so I thought I would fly over and tell you that I will wait for you.”
“Wait for me to do what?”
“To do whatever you want to do! I want you to go an experience things before you commit to anyone, but I would like it to be me that you commit to. Its been to long without you.”
“I feel the same, but I needed to do this.”
“I know you did and I completely understood. That is why I’m here now… you can go off for how ever long you like, as long as you come back to me…”
“Oh I will! But how do I know you will be faithful to me?”
“I am a changed man, and now I only have eyes for one girl.” He smiled.
Lily ran to him and hugged him. “I’ve missed your cuddles.”
“I missed everything about you.” He kissed her.
“Ahem.” It was Lily’s dad.
“Oh right, meet my parents…” Lily smiled. “Mum, Dad, this is Ony.”
“Nice to meet you Mr. and Mrs. Daniels…” Ony shook their hands. “If you don’t mind I would like to take out your daughter and her friends, get absolutely hammered and have a blast… what do you say?” Ony asked.
Lily and Pris giggled.
“I guess that would be ok…” Mrs Daniels said.
“Ok then, off we go... time to like you said, party like rock stars! Before we have to say goodbye again.”

So off they went to the hottest club in Birmingham.

Lily Pris and Imke had a bit of a shock when Ony took them to the V.I.P. area, and there waiting for them was Basty, Javi, Mikel and Tet.
“Lilllly!” they said and ran to her and gave her a hug.
“Hi guys…”
“We’ve missed you!” Tet smiled.
“I’ve missed you guys too.” Lily hugged them all back. “This is my friend Pris and my sister Imke. And that is Basty, Javi, Mikel and Tet.” She pointed at each of them in turn.
“Hi.” Said Basty as he checked Pris out.
“Hi.” Pris replied.
“Hola chica!” Javi smiled at Imke
“I’ll go get the drinks, while you lot catch up… or get to know each other in some cases” Ony winked at Basty and Javi.
So that’s what they did, the talked and danced and drunk for the rest of the evening. By the end of the evening Mikel and Tet we dancing salsa together, Javi had copped off Imke, Basty and Pris we getting rather friendly and Ony and Lily we just as good of couple as they were before. It was a shame it had to end really.
