He turned around and walked back to the door.
‘Boys! Come here and look what she has done with our singer!’ he screamed through the hall. Shocked Sergo looked at Lena: Wasn’t it good? But Lena only smiled secretly. Ony came in and his eyes almost fell on the ground. Javi followed him, his hair was wet and shortened a bit.
‘Oh my f… God,’ he said. Basty entered as last.
‘Beautiful,’ he said.
‘Look, that is a good reaction,’ Sergo said.
‘You look gorgeous,’ Mikel said and Javi and Ony nodded.
‘Come on, don’t act so exaggerated, I don’t think it’s so a big difference… Damn it!’
Lena had shove away the curtain of the mirror.
‘Who is that?’ Sergo asked and walked slowly to the mirror and placed her hand on it. She started to herself, She looked completely different now. Her hair was shortened and it was so completely different, she couldn’t describe it. Her hair was copper shined now and she had dark blonde highlights in her hair.
‘Wow,’ Sergo said, and Mikel laughed.
‘I thought you had to change and be something special between the boys,’ Lena said.
‘You knew I’m a singer in the group?’ Sergo reacted surprised.
‘You came in together and they watched you when I took you with me. And when they just entered the room without asking was for me enough prove,’ Lena laughed.
Sergo looked admiring to the make-up she wore. Light foundation, almost black eye shadow, much mascara and deep red lip-gloss, in combination with the clothes she wore was Sergo now totally someone else. Not the teenage girl next door but the singer. Sergo was proud of the result. She hugged Lena.
‘Thanks,’ she said, it was the only thing she could say.
‘Come, I take a picture of you,’ Lena said and took a digital camera out of the bag under the table. The boys didn’t changed a lot, they only wore new clothes and Javi’s hair was shortened a bit. They posed together and Sergo was in the mid. Sergo finally liked again a picture she was on. Lena uploaded it on the laptop and Sergo emailed it to her herself, mother and friends.
‘I’m sooo too proud of this,’ Sergo said with a sigh.
‘Hey don’t get conceited now,’ Mikel smiled.
‘I can’t, with you here also,’ Sergo said. ‘But Lena, can I fix this myself to?’
‘The make-up I’ll give you,’ Lena said. ‘And than it’s only practising. Dress yourself isn’t a problem I think and with the hair just practise.’
‘Really thanks,’ Sergo said again.
‘Yes, now I know that,’ Lena smiled. ‘Can I get your autographs?’
And for the first time in her life Sergo gave someone her autograph.
‘Go Lena,’ Javi said while signing. ‘We come with a normal school girl and go away with the most beautiful girl ever, now it can’t go any else than that Sergo becomes a success.’
Sergo gave him a push. ‘I prefer having fans about who I am,’ she said. She took Ony’s and Basty’s hands and after thanking Lena again they left. When they walked again though the hall everyone looked at Sergo. Even the woman behind the counter looked amazed, as far as she managed with all those plastic surgery. Carlos whistled when they walked to him.
‘Perfect,’ he said. ‘You’re now totally one with the boys.’
Sergo smiled, a bigger compliment he couldn’t have given her…
