Part 1


December. Where i live is not snowing. Winters here are quite warm. I was born in poor family. When I was small, I had to work, to help to my parents. God is very cruel to me. Six months ago my parents died in car accident. I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Monika. In this world I am alone like finger. It was hard to live alone. One day I got a letter from old family friend Rosa. When I was small, she went to work to Madrid. Until now she is working in rich family. She was a nanny of their children. In that family are three children. Two brothers and sister. The oldest child already left home, the middle girl is still studying and the youngest, real parent’s child is my age. Rosa told me, that they are searching a servant, because the old one couldn’t keep anymore, so she left. I really needed that job, so I decided to try it. I packed my things and for all money that I had I bought a ticket to Madrid. From when I was small I wanted to visit that city. They journey was really tiring. When bus arrived Rosa already was waiting for me. We walked to that house on foot, because I said that I wanted to see the city, but for real I didn’t had any money. When we came I saw big gates.
- We came. Said Rosa.
- This house is so big. I said.
We went through the gates and I saw six cars.
- Those two are misters, this one is Diego, that miss’s Chimena and this joben Miguel, but don’t call him like this, when he came back from England he is Mikel. Said Rosa.
- As you will say. I said.
- This family is brilliant, but the junior is ruing everything. From when he was small he has everything. He wanted to be a model, so parents send him to England and now he is very high, so be careful with him.
- Is he so lame? I asked.
- When you will see him, then you will understand and you won’t have any questions. Said Rosa.
We walked in from the back doors. There was kitchen, but nobody was there.
- Wait, I will tell to them, that you are here. Said Rosa.
Where she left me, there she found me, when she came back.
- All Hennet Sotomayor family is waiting you in the living room. She said.
I took a deep breath and we went.
- Buenos Dias. I am Monika Hernandez. I said.
- Nice to meet you Monika. Said miss.
- As we heard you want to work here. Said mister.
- Yes I reall need this job, but if you think that I am bad for it I will understand. I said.
- Don’t talk like this, you are very polite girl. Said one of the brothers.
- I like her. Said girl.
- Could we end this nonsense? Asked other brother.
- Could we get something polite from you? Asked father.
- God she is just a servant.
- She is a human as we all are. Said mother.

Oh Mikel.....spoiled boy...huh......

Part 2

- She is only a servant. And that is not the same as us. Said Mikel.
- I am sorry that I will interrupt, but joben is right, we are really different, because poor people have hearts and rich don’t. I said.
- Monika accept you. You will start to work here from tomorrow. Rosa will show to you house and every week you will have a free day. Said mister.
- I am really thankful to you. I said.
- Come on Monika. Said Rosa.
We passed Mikel.
- Don’t try to take of your things soon you will leave. He said.
We went upstairs. Rosa showed to me where whose room is. The last room was Mikel’s. In his room was real mess.
- The most job I have here. Rosa said.
- Already understood that. I said.
- Soon they will have dinner could you help me and clean here? She asked.
- Sure. I said and she left me alone.
On the bed, on the floor and on the table where lots of magazines. I took them all and putted in one place. I started to make up his bed when I heard that somebody whistled.
- You know your figure is really good. Mikel said.
I looked to him for a while and came back to my work.
- When I talk with you look at me. He said.
- Joben Miguel I don’t have time to talk. I said.
- Just call me like this one more time and you will lost your job.
- I am sorry joben Mikel. I said.
He took one of the magazines and again made a mess. Then he lay down on the bed.
- Could you wait until I will finish? I asked.
- This is my home and my rules.
After his words I started to clean other things. I took all dirty clothes and wanted to take it down stairs when he said.
- From now on you will clean my room all the time and also you will do everything what I will say. Got it? He asked.
- Yes, I am not deaf. I said and went down stairs.
I said to Rosa what Mikel wanted.
- If he wants that let it be, but be careful with him. He see only himself.
I nodded and went back to his room. When I entered I heard that water was running. He was having a shower. I cleaned everything that was left and then he came out of the bathroom only with a towel.
- Choose clothes to me. He said.
I opened his closet and took clothes that I liked the most.
- Good taste. With me you will go to shops. Sometimes I will buy something to you, because you can only dream about such a clothes.
- I don’t need anything from you. I said.
I turned to go.
- Did you have my permission to leave? He asked.
- Haven’t you heard that I start to work here only from tomorrow, so keep your permissions to yourself.
I left.
- I will have problems with him, but I will teach him how to walk on the ground it’s enough to fly. I said it to myself.
I went to Rosa.
- Do you need any help? I asked.
- You already helped me with cleaning Mikel room. She said.
- Then I will go to the garden. I said.
There I found peaceful place and sat on the bench. I liked to be alone. From that place I saw pool very good. Near it was miss’s Chimena. She saw me and showed that I would come to her.
- Do you want something miss? I asked.
- First call me Chimena. She said.
- I can’t. I said.
- Try for me. I am sure that we will become really good friends.
- But…. I said.
- No, buts. I have just one real friend that not use me, because I am rich. And tell me what do you think about our family. She said.
- You are wonderful family.
- Even Mikel? He is a real pain in ass. She said.
- But never is late to change him. I said.

He needs to learn a lesson hahaha

- You think so? Well maybe you will be able to do it, because I can‘t be with him anymore. He thinks that he is the best in whole world. Chimena said.
- Have he been like this all the time? I asked.
- No, just when he became teenager. When he was small he was a real angel.
- It’s hard to imagine. I said.
- I don’t like that here you will work as a servant. Be my assistant. You won’t need to wear a uniform and all the time you will be with me.
- I am really sorry, but you are late. Mikel took me as his servant. I said.
- I will talk with him. And look he is coming. She said.
Mikel looked at us.
- Can we talk? Chimena asked.
- Come on. Mikel said.
- Better I will leave you alone. I said.
- No, this conversation will be about you.
- What’s now? Mikel asked.
- As I know you took her as a servant.
- Yes and? I don’t have time for this nonsense’s. He said.
- Well it seems that you will have to take Rosa back, because I will take Monika. Chimena said.
- Dream about it, I was first. She cleans well and her tape is good as well. He said.

- He has them only for one day or girls just wants his money, but he knows who is who. He needs calm, sensitive girl as you, that she would love him. Chimena said.
- I am sorry, but at this point I can’t help he is not my type.
- I have to introduce you with my best friend Laura.

- You will be my assistant and not a servant. I feel that you are different. She said and smiled.

- You are like an guardian angel that came to protect our family.

- Let’s go. Mikel said.
- Where? Chimena asked.

He went to the cars. Mikel had newest Audi Q5. When he opened the car, I wanted to open my doors, but he done that.
-But…… I said.
- You are still women. He said.
I think that I was right, that he wasn’t that bad, just somebody have to show it to him.
- Now we will go to sport club. He said
- And why did you take me? I asked.
- That you would spend less time with Chimena. To be with her is nothing good. She could leave our home sooner as Diego done that. Mikel said.
From his words I understood that he wants to get all the parents love.

Poor Mikel, he needs love
