Part 11


Mikel came back to the room. I didn’t want that he would talk with me so I let him think I’m sleeping. Half naked he came to the bed and sat on the side I was lying. I felt that he was looking at me. Suddenly I felt how his fingers touched my face. I opened my eyes.
“Don’t be afraid, it’s me” he said
“How many times I should say to you- don’t touch me?”
“And how many times I should ask you, that you won’t be afraid of me”
“I’m not afraid of you, just I don’t like it” I said
I went out of the bed and took a glass of water. His eyes were still looking at me. It seemed that he was taking my clothes off.
“Joben, why do you look at me like this? It seems that you haven’t seen a girl”
“Can I ask you one thing?”
“Choose clothes for you?” I asked
“Listen to me until the end”
“Ok”
“I want that you would call me Mikel, not a joben”
“Sorry but it’s impossible”
“I didn’t ask you if it’s possible or not. You have to do what I say”
“Anything else yes, but just not this”
“I said that you have” he raised his voice.
“We are different types”
“I don’t care about types, we are the same age” he said
“So what? If I won’t do it, you will fire me? Be good and let me sleep a bit”
Mikel grabbed my hand. I looked at his hand and then into his eyes. He also looked at my eyes. Thing that happened after few seconds surprised me. He kissed me. I pushed him and wanted to hit him but he grabbed my hand and kissed me again. His lips were so tasty. Why he was doing it? He touched my hair and I didn’t understand how I hugged him.
“It’s so tasty. Can I try your lips again?” he asked
“What’s wrong with all of you with those kisses?” I asked
“So not only I kissed you?”
“Nop”
“Who dare to do that?”
“It’s not you business”
“When you are so savage I like you more” he said
“You like me?”
Mikel shut his mouth and I understood that there’s no reason to ask it again. And that he would love me….
“Good joke. If it would be true, all newspapers will write: servant and rich boy. You don’t want to ruin your reputation in all Spain.” I said
“Call me Mikel”
“I’m not going to do it” and then I lied down.
He was still standing in front of me just with a towel.
“You should dress and not stand like this in front of me” I said
“Why? Are you afraid it could fall down?”
I put bedding on my head. Mikel put on his boxers and lied down next to me. Then grabbed the bedding.
“Wiūll you share with me?” he asked
“What? Dream about it. You said that you will bring yourself.”
“So now I should dress and go to bring it? It’s not a night. I will bring it just then”
I turned from him when I felt that he hugged me.
“Take off your hands . If not, you will regret”
“And what are you going to do then?”
So I pushed him out of the bed and I heard knocking on the door. I went to open it. There were Laura and Basty.They started to laugh- Monika with night clothes, messed bed and Mikel with boxers on the floor.
“Is it not too early to play?” asked Basty
“We wanted to say that after an hour we are going to meet in the restaurant” said Laura
“Thanks for saying. BTW, we haven’t done anything.”
“We did it. And don’t hide it, you liked it” said Mikel
“Well we don’t care. So we will wait for you” said Laura and they left.
“Thank you one more time. Bye” I said and closed doors. “Did you hit your head? What are they thinking about us now?”
“Well that servant make pleasure to her boss” he said.
I put the pillow and threw it to him.
“Idiot” I whispered.
Then he threw the pillow to me. And started a war. He pushed me on the bed and sat on me.
“Go away from me” I said
“I won’t do this” then he grabbed my hands and kissed me. I answered to him the same, because I wanted that.
What’s wrong with me? I swear to myself that I won’t fall in love with my boss. Well and I don’t love him. He doesn’t look like a prince on white horse…. He looks like a devil… Well, like a little devil, who started to drive me crazy…
I started to move.
“Just don’t say you don’t like my kisses” said Mikel
“And I don’t, because you do everything with force”
“Your body is saying different” he said and started to touch me. Shivers started to run through my body.
“He he, you like it” he said.
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. Mikel understood that I was scared, so he went away.
“Don’t be afraid. I won’t do anything for you. You are just a servant.”
Saying thos words he made a big mistake because I started to believe in his feelings. But it’s not the true. It’s like a racism, just with different tittles: not black and white, but poor and rich. But every person can love in the same way, can’t they?
I was just lying and didn’t do anything. Maybe I was waiting that somebody will say it’s not true and there nothing happened. Maybe I made a mistake by choosing. Ony feels sth to me, he’s great guy, but I don’t need him, I have too much problems with Mikel. He’s like walking trouble. I stood up, took my clothes, went to the bath and dressed.
“Are you going now?” he asked
I didn’t say anything to him and went away. He lied down.
“You are great Mikel. When are you going to do everything in a good way?” he asked himself.
When I came into the restaurant there wasn’t anybody. After 10minutes Ony came in.
“I hope you are not angry on me because of that kiss” he said
“No, everything is ok” I said
He took my hand and came Mikel.
“I really like you” said Ony.

I smiled to him. After those Ony’s words Mikel was burning inside from angry. There appeared a concurrent to him. Ony was sweet with Monika. Mikel should be as Ony if he wants to be happy. Maybe falling star will make his dream come true.
“What are you doing here?” asked Mikel
“Well I wanted to say to Monika one thing, but then you came. We will talk later” said Ony
“Sure” I said
Ony went to Javi.
“So that’s who kissed you?” Mikel asked
I nodded.
“So who’s kissing better?” asked Mikel
“Sure that Ony. He was doing it because he likes me, not like other. You were doing it with forces to show me that you are real man.”
When I said it, I hurt his feelings.
“I don’t need to show that I’m a real man” he said
“Well I don’t see it in you. And you should be happy that I call you different” I said
“You can’t imagine how I’m happy now. And just you made me feel like this”
One more sweet word from him and I will be his.
We went into the restaurant and Mikel sat near me. There were so many dishes, but I ordered just salad. Waiter brought it to me first and I started to eat. Suddenly I felt somebody’s hand on my leg. I looked at it and it was Mikel’s. I tried to take it away, but everything was in vain. So I let it be as it was before. He smiled to me and that smile was so innocent.
“I want that tomorrow we will spend all day together” said Ony
Mikel cleared his throat.
“Sure,what are we going to do?” I asked
“Well we will think about it later” he said
Mikel didn’t like it. Monika and Ony alone together, oh no! He should do everything tonight to make me admire him. When he has everything in his hands and to let it go, no… Not without a reason he’s Mikel Hennet Sotomayor. It’s enough of suffer. It’s enough of storms, time to sun.
All time in the restaurant Mikel was thinking about sth. Ony escorted me to the room and I let him kiss me just into the cheek. Mikel wasn’t in the room. I felt a bit scared because after dinner Mikel went somewhere very fast.
Suddenly doors opened and Mikel came in. He was holding bedding.
“Finally you came back” I said
“You thought I won’t come back?” he asked
“Well no, but you haven’t been here for a long…. Oh, it’s not important… Forget it” I said
“So, there’s going to be night without sleeping?’
“What do you mean?” I asked
“We are going to talk with each other, about past and other things.”
“Ok”
“Who’s first?” he asked
“Maybe me, because my story is boring. Let’s leave interesting story later.” I said
“So if you think so, it’s ok” he said
“I was born in poor family in Malaga. I’m the one child in family. When I was small I had to work to help my parents. My dad loved me and learned me to love and understand others. My mum was so understanding.
“Was?” he asked
“Yes, they died in a car accident” I said and tear rolled down my cheek. Mikel hugged me. Our hearts started to beat like crazy. I pushed him and he cleaned my tears. He was so sensitive.
“After that I appeared here and my life changed a bit” I said
“Your story is sad. But you were happy and beloved.”
“So you weren’t?” I asked
“Listen and you will understand. I was born in Madrid, rich family. I’m third child in family, younger and not beloved”
“Not beloved? But why?”
“Because when Diego and Chimena were born, my parents had more free time to them. And parents didn’t plan me. I’m like my dad’s mistake. Rosa was growing up me, I can call her my mom. Real is just a woman that gave me life. Rosa always took me everywhere and bought everything what I wanted with parents money. When I grew up I decided to go to England and they let me go. There I found my true love.. Well I was thinking so..”
“Why?” I asked.
“She was so important to me, I loved her so much, I was buying everything to her just to make her happy. And she….” He was in silent again
I didn’t know what to say.
“Because of her and my parents I haven’t felt what means to love and be loved.” He became sadder.
I understood why he’s like this. He needs love.
“Poor you…” I said
“Don’t have mercy on me. Anything won’t change” he said
“Didn’t you have any other girls?”
“I lost trust in them.”
“It’s happening again” he said
“What are you talking about?” I asked
He looked at my eyes in which was burning hope.
“It’s not important. Let’s go to sleep” he said
“I don’t want now. Maybe I’m going to watch tv.” I said
Mikel nodded. I went and turned on Tv. He fell asleep as me after few minutes. Mikel woke up in the middle of the night and saw that I wasn’t near him. He stood up and went into the living room. I was sleeping on the sofa.
“My angel…” He took me on his arms and I hugged his neck. I didn’t want to let him go.
“I love you” I whispered silently while sleeping.
He was happy, but he understood that it wasn’t for him.
“I’m stuck again” he said
He put me on the bed but I was still hugged him.
“She’s so beautiful… God, if you have planned that I will fall in love with her, why did you let me be like this with her? Her smile enthralled me from first time. Her lips…..” he started to touch my hair and he fell asleep.
That night I was dreaming strange dream. In my dream was dad. He said that I shouldn’t make quick decisions and that I should think before doing sth ‘cause I can lose very important person. When I woke up I was thinking about it, but I didn’t understand what it means . Who’s that person? Maybe it’s Ony? But I don’t like him… or maybe I will start…..
Mikel was all sweaty and was moving. I tried to wake him up, and when I touched his head I understood that he was burning. He had temperature.
“Mikel, what’s wrong?” I asked
“I don’t feel good” he took my hand and squeezed it in his. “Please, don’t leave me” He said
“And I won’t because you are sick” I said

Part 13


He was white as a paper. I decided to leave him for a second and go to chemistry. When I left I met Ony.
“Are you ready?” he asked
“Mikel is sick. I can’t leave him” I said and left him.
“Again he won” said Ony.” How long is he going to disturb me?”
When I came back with medicaments and didn’t find Mikel in bed.
“Mikel, where are you?” I asked
“I’m in the bath” he said
“Why did you got up?” I asked
“I needed to go to the toilet. Nobody won’t go for me, and in the bed I won’t do that” He started to laugh.
“Go to the bed”
“Ok”
“Can I ask you one thing?” I asked.
“Sure”
“I slept near Tv, then how did I appeared here?” I asked
“I woke up in the middle of the night and took you here, because I couldn’t sleep without you” he said true, but I just smiled.
“Well yes. It’s interesting where you get cold”
“I’m sick because of love” he said
“You are sick and now you have a good sense of humor” I said
“Angel, I’m not kidding” he said
“I’m not an angel. They are only in heaven.”
“You are different. God sent you to me into the earth.”
“You have a temperature. I’m going to bring medicaments to you” I said
“I want to die. She doesn’t listen to me what I am talking.”
“Did you say sth?” I asked.
“It’s greeted for you” he said. “You are so kind”
“Well I’m a servant and I must take care of my boss”
“Don’t say like this. It sounds terrible.”
“As you will say”
“When are you going to meet with Ony?”
“I’m not going”
“Why?”
“I want to take care of you, and he will wait” I said
“Everything will be ok with me, you can go”
“I said it clear. I will be with you and take care of you”
“But you love him and you can’t disappoint him.”
“So you should think one more time why I’m staying with you” I smiled to him “I will make sth for breakfast”
When I did it, I brought it into the bed.
“I thought” he said
“And…?”
“You stayed with me because you feel sorry for me after our last day conversation.”
“No, but don’t worry. People do mistakes, and you are are one of them” I said
“So tell me why?”
“I will leave it to myself” I said.
“I want to know it”
“Don’t hurry to live.” I said
“Monika……”
“Yes, I’m Monika. C’mon, eat”
“If you won’t say, I won’t eat” he said
“So I should feed you?”
“Try your success”
I took a fork. Mikel crossed his arms and made serious face.
“C’mon, train is already here” I said
He shook his head.
“Please….” I said
“Tell me….”
“I told it in vain, forget it”
“I won’t eat” he said
“Take it and I will say”
He opened his mouth and ate it.
“So… I’m listening”
“Well you said that I love Ony….”
“That’s true” he said
“No… And I stayed with you because maybe I like you”
“What?”
“Nothing. We will talk about it when I will be sure about it”
In my minds: What a hell is that? I like Mikel? Just not him.
I was looking into him eating.
“I’m not a little”
“You are the youngest in your family, so you are child.”
“We are the same age, so you are child too” he said
“From one side we all are a bit children. I like to do crazy things” I said
“I have never seen you doing crazy things”
“So how long do you know me? Just few weeks”I said
“But I understood that you are wonderful person”
“So, how does breakfast? Is it enough?”
“No, thanks, it’s enough. It was so delicious.” He said
“Well that’s great” I brought all dishes into the kitchen and came back to him.
“Please, sit here”
“And what is going to be?”
“Please….”
“Ok” I said and sat near him.
