Part 29

Javi had just put José to bed. The boy had been so tired that he had fallen asleep during the first song Javi had started to sing.
- He fell asleep already? Minna was wondering when Javi came to their bed so soon.
- Yes! I've never seen him so tired, he grinned.
- I'm tired as well, Minna said and yawned.
- Noo... you can't be.. it's our play time, Javi smiled and tickled gently her side.
- It's the pregnancy... it makes me so sleepy, Minna replied.
- Soon we are four, Javi said and fondled her belly, - Hard to believe, but I'm so happy about it.
He kissed her cheek and came closer.
- How many kids you actually want? Minna asked and looked at him then.
- Why?
- That I know what's waiting for me, she grinned.
- Silly! Javi laughed.
- I want to know, she smiled.
- Well... let's have this one first, he said then, - but I wouldn't mind if we had three.
- Two is enough, she grinned.
- I'll change your mind, he winked and kissed her lips.
- In your dreams, she laughed and kissed back.
- Mmm... if it's like this always, I don't care how many kids we have, Javi mumbled to her ear and rolled on top of her.

Marisa was nervous. She had just made the test and waiting for the result. She bit her nails and walked around the living room. Finally she dared to look at the test. Two lines. She was pregnant.
- F**K! Marisa yelled, - Like all this already wasn't enough!
She went out and sat down on the stairs of the cottage. She just sat and stared without seeing anything. She felt so lost and lonely. What was happening to her?

Ony was coming from the dock. He had been sitting there for an hour and decided now to go to bed. He saw Marisa sitting on the stairs. He stopped and stared at her.
Marisa noticed him. For a while they both just looked at each others. Then Marisa threw the test she had had in her hand toward Ony.
- You bastard! she yelled and hid her face with hands and cried.
Ony took the test from the ground and looked at it.
Two lines! She is pregnant! he thought and looked at Marisa again. Slowly he walked to her and sat down next to her. She was still crying. At least she didn't yell to him. Carefully Ony put his arm around her and pressed his head against hers.
- Marisa... if you want, I'm here for you... I'll take care of you..., he said quietly.
At first Marisa didn't do anything except cried, but when Ony just hold her close, she suddenly put her arms around him and cried against his shoulder.
- Ony... Ony..., she whispered, - I'm sorry...
- No, Marisa. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry that I did this to you. Made you feel bad. It's all my fault and I really regret it... but you are pregnant...
- Yes... that's what you wanted, she sobbed.
- I can't be happy about it if you aren't, Ony said quietly.
- Ony? Marisa looked at him through the tears.
- Yes?
- What do you want? she asked.
- To be with you, he said right away, - I love you and it will never change.
- What about Carmen?
- What about her?
- Didn't you kiss her?
- She kissed me... it's not the same thing...and I told her she is wasting her time on me. I have no feelings for her. I thought we were friends, but... she can't even be our dancer anymore. She tried to destroy our marriage and... that kind of person isn't my friend, Ony explained and when he looked at Marisa's eyes, she felt that he wasn't lieing. She believed every word he said.
- So... you will forgive me? he asked then.
Marisa was relieved. She felt tears in her eyes again, but this time they were tears of happiness.
She nodded and leaned toward him and their lips touched.
Then Ony stood up and pulled Marisa up as well. They walked inside the cottage and straight to the bedroom. Ony took his chain from his neck and took a ring of it. The ring he put to Marisa's finger.
- I think you want this back, he said.
Marisa smiled.
- I do... I'm sorry I acted that way.
- I understand it..., he stepped close to her and pushed her on the bed.
- Can we forget that episode? he asked and came on top of her.
- Sure! I'd rather remember this next one, Marisa replied and then Ony kissed her passionately.

I'm so happy that everything is fine now between Ony and Marisa

Part 30

Basty woke up, because he felt someone gave a kiss to him. He opened his eyes and saw Katja's smiling face.
- Good morning, sleepyhead! she grinned.
- Morning..., Basty smiled and took her in his arms, - My darling...
He gave a long kiss to her.
- Basty... I have to go to work soon, Katja said.
Basty noticed that she had already put her clothes on.
- I'm glad you didn't run away, he smiled.
Katja laughed.
- No... not after last night, she smiled and put her head on his chest.
Basty caressed her hair.
- How was it? he asked, - Your first time, I mean.
- Perfect! You're amazing! she replied and gave a kiss.
Basty was pleased. He had been very patient and waited for until she really was ready for it and he couldn't have told that it was her first time. She had totally been herself, wasn't afraid of him at all and he hadn't feel any problems between them. Everything was so beautiful, natural and clear.
- I love you, Katja! Basty whispered.
- I love you too, Katja whispered back and Basty grabbed on her tightly and they started kissing again and soon he was undressing her.

Minna was awake. She couldn't sleep, so she got up and decided to make some coffee. José would sleep at least three hours more, so she had time for herself. Javi came soon to the kitchen as well.
- Why are you up so early? he asked with sleepy eyes and came and gave a kiss to his wife.
- Don't know... just couldn't sleep. Did I wake you up?
- A bit..., Javi yawned and sat by the table.
- A bit? Minna was amused, - How is that possible? Ouch....
Suddenly she felt a huge pain in her stomach.
- What's wrong? Javi got scared and sprang up to her.
- I... it hurts... ouch..., Minna was keeping her hands on her belly and she had a painful look on her face.
- Honey?... Oh my god... you're bleeding! Javi exclaimed and felt huge fear.
Minna looked down and saw blood running down on her legs. She felt dizzy.
- Oh... no... I'm... I'm.. losing the baby! she sobbed and was about to fall, but Javi grabbed on her and helped her to go lay down on the floor.
- I'll call an ambulance, he said and took his phone.
He was shaking and really scared and somehow he managed to tell on the phone what had happened and where they were. The ambulance was on its way now.
- Javi? Minna whispered.
She was scared as well, but thought about José.
- Yes?
- Call Angie... she has to... come here to take care of..., it was hard to speak, because of crying.
- ..José, I know... I'll call her, Javi promised.

Basty was coming back to the cottages. He got really scared when he saw an ambulance there.
Angie and Mikel were standing next to it and he saw Javi too... He rushed to them and saw that it was Minna who was in the ambulance.
- What happened? Basty asked.
- A miscarriage, Angie said quietly.
- Oh, no! Basty said.
Javi looked at him. He had a terrible sorrow in his eyes.
- I'lll go with her, he whispered.
Basty saw that he'd cry soon. He hugged him.
- I'm sorry, man! he said.
- Thanks..., Javi said and then went in the ambulance.

Part 31

Marisa and Ony had noticed something was going on and had also came to see why there was an ambulance. They were shocked after hearing what had happened.
Angie was holding José. He had just awoken and crying for his mum.
- José needs food, let's go inside, Angie said to the others.
They went in the cottage and saw a mess on the kitchen floor.
- Oh, god! Marisa sighed terrified.
- This has to be cleaned, Basty said and went to look for cleaning equipments.
- I'll help you, Marisa promised after the first shock.

- I noticed you came with Ony, Basty said to Marisa, when they were cleaning the floor and the others were in the living room.
- Yes... we... spent the night together, she smiled.
- You finally made up?
- Yes... and I'm... pregnant, she told.
- Really? Basty looked at her.
- I am... and that was the reason we finally talked and... he wants to take care of me, Marisa looked happy.
- I'm really happy for you, Basty smiled.
- What about you and Katja? Marisa asked.
- We... are happy, he smiled, - But don't tell the others yet... we want to surprise them.
- My lips are sealed! Marisa grinned.

Javi was sitting next to his wife's bed in the hospital. Tears were falling from his eyes.
They lost the baby. Thought of it hurt so much. He was looking at her sleeping. He recalled the happenings over 2 years ago, when they had met, fallen in love, almost lost each others, but still stayed together... and now this vacation was full of weird happenings. He almost lost them both, wife and child... and then she was pregnant... and we lost the baby... and now... what do they have left? Each others and their son. That was fair enough. They still had a family and their story didn't end to this sad thing. They could try again... He wiped away his tears.
- Javi? Minna's voice was weak.
- I'm here, honey, Javi said and took her hand to his.
- We... we lost it, right? she whispered.
- Yes, we did, he replied quietly.
- I'm sorry..., she started crying.
- You don't have to be sorry, darling, Javi caressed her cheek.
- I'm sorry I couldn't give you what you wanted most, she whispered.
- Shh... it's not the most important thing, honey, Javi replied and kissed her forehead. - You are the most important thing to me... and José. We are a family and... maybe this was God's will... or something... because we have had really hard times and maybe a new baby would have been too much for us in this situation. I don't know, but maybe we can try again later. If you want.
- I don't know yet, she sobbed.
- You don't need to know it now, dear. You have to recover first and then we three are together.
- You're not angry?
- Why would I be angry? Javi was surprised.
- 'Cause I lost it...
- No... there's no reason to be angry. You couldn't help it. It just happened. I'm just... sad... but time heals, you know.
- I guess, she said.
Javi hugged her.
- Don't worry, I'm not leaving you, he said.
Those words made Minna feel better. Now she was only sad because of the baby she lost. Why did it have to end like this when she had finally accepted to have it?

Three days later they all were spending an evening together... well, except Basty. He had disappeared again somewhere.
Minna had come from the hospital. She was ok now, except she was quiet and a lot in her thoughts.
They were gathered on the shore near the dock and they were grilling sausages. Marisa, Angie, Mikel and Ony were talking and laughing a lot and they also played with José. They had a good reason to be with the boy. Both Marisa and Angie were pregnant and they tried to get used to the idea to become a mother. Only Minna and Javi were sitting quiet. Javi had tried to cheer her up, but it hadn't help. They both were a bit down, but they had talked a lot and when they were two in this situation, it seemed to be easier to handle

Great part. Finally Angie is pregnant. But poor Minna and Javi.
