The star stopped shooting, and so did the singing.
"What?" I came back down to earth with a thump.
"Sorry" he said. "i just saw you close your eyes and I though you were asleep."
"Asleep? Me? Never!" i said with a yawn. "I was merely closing my eyes for effect. Please continue..."
"Well I’m not realllllly meant to talk/have any contact with you until the 25th of December. There is still an hour and a half to go..."
"Why were you here so early then?"
"I like to be punctual. Being late gives people the wrong impression, like your time is more important than theirs. It’s rude."
"aww you are so polite and considerate!"
"Not really. Anyway back to the issue of me not meant to see you for another hour and a half" he said with a slight grin.
“Whattttttt! Can’t we break the rules just this once? Ill do my puppy eyes!” I said while fluttering my eyelashes.
“Nope. Come on! Ill get told of by Santa and I’ll have to leave here early!”
“Do you seriously expect me to sleep while you are here?”
“No you just need to stay upstairs. As soon as it hits midnight you can come back down.” Mikel said. “Go on, up the apples and pears!
“Fine.” I said with gritted teeth. I stropped up the stairs like a spoilt little girl. I was NOT happy, to say the least. I flumped on my bed, but I was still being unnaturally quite. I have Mikel down stairs. All mine. And I have to wait until I can see him. How retarded. I put on my iPod listening to his voice. I made a list of what I was going to do with him tomorrow. He and me alllllone.
1. get an autograph.
2. take loads of pictures.
3. get him something to remember me by.
4. get something to say thank you to Alicia.
5. the ultimate goal. A kiss. Not just like a peck on the check, a proper kiss. Wait. Lets be realistic here. There’s me. Ugly, boring, embarrassing Kath. There was no way that was EVER going to happen!
I just sat there. Reading the list over again and again. My eyes got heavy. I drifted off to sleep.
