Part 4
Now to get dressed. What to wear? I had options:
1. sexy sultry seductress
2. cool and not to try-hard
3. fashionista
If I go for numero uno, it’s a bit to soon and he might think I’m desperate. Number two, he might get the impression that I don’t care about myself. The phrase “You can’t love anybody else until you love yourself” sprang to mind. Number 3 is crossed off, I couldn’t be a fashionista if I tried!
Maybe a mixture was best. Cool, sexy and fashionable. With this inspiration for my outfit got dressed and soon went downstairs, this time making as much noise as I wanted, because mum had gone to see my Nan.
He was sat on the sofa, in such a sexy way, woah. He smiled.
“You look nice.” He said.
Nice? I thought. That wasn’t really the desired effect. Oh well its better than him saying eurgh.
“Thanks”
“Ok, so I’m all yours, want do you want to do?” He asked
“Well,” I said as I pulled the list of things to do out of my pocket. “There are some things I want to do,”
“Let me look,” He asked
“Sure” I said as I began to hand it him.
I then realised what number four was. A kiss. He couldn’t read that, serious cringe! So I ripped of the bottom part and hand it him.
“What was that?”
“Oh just a shopping list,” I said looking at the floor. What was I doing? A stable relationship couldn’t be built on lies! Who was I kidding, this was going anywhere. As far as I know I only had him for 24 hours, 10 of which I had already spent sleeping.
“Ok, that’s reasonable.” He said. “I can give you the autograph now, and we can take pictures quickly.”
He pulled out of his bag a signed copy of Capaz De Todo Mision Eurovision and Todo Va Cambiar.
“It’s signed but the others as well. They asked me to send their love, and to give you a kiss on each of their behalves.”
I took the CDs and he leant in for the kisses. 1 kiss on the cheek. 2 kisses on the cheek. 3 kisses on the cheek. His lips were soft, undeniably soft. I swear I smelt some sweet kind of lip balm. They were candy kisses.
“Er thanks,” I said in awe. I just got a kiss of Mikel! It was on the cheek, and not strictly speaking off him, but it was his lips that came into contact with my skin. How I longed for it to happen again!
He smiled, he could tell I was a bit embarrassed. I had never been that big of a success on the guy front, this was a whole new world to me.
“ok now onto the pictures.” He looked excited
“I guess you like taking pictures?” I said.
“Yeah, I love being in front of the camera.”
“Well I’m no professional photographer but I’m sure it will be fine.” I said with a smile.
So of we went. Pose. Pose. Pose. Pout. Pose. Pose. Pose.
That took up the best part of an hour, so by this time it was gone half eleven.
“Ok, well that’s 2 out of three, not bad for a hours work!” he said
“Yeah, so what next?” I asked
“Well there is only one thing left on the list” he said
Actually there are two things left on the list I thought.
“Shopping it is.” I said.
“Get your coat, its cold out there!” he said with a smile. Another killer smile.

i would write a new part right now, but if i type like LOADS in one go, my mum will be all suspicous i wrote a part last night when she went to bed before me, so if shes tired and lets me stay up a new part tonight

Part 5
We had to walk, I am too young to drive and he didn’t have car. That’s fine, more time to talk. I didn’t really know what to say, so for a bit there was some awkward silence. He broke the ice.
“You know it is SO much colder here than in Tenerife!” he said
I felt like saying “no shit Sherlock!” but that would be a bit rude.
“Yeah I imagine it is, I’ve never been but always wanted to.” I said
“Oh it is gorgeous, the best place on earth!” He said with a real passion in his voice. He carried on talking about his home for at least half of the journey. I didn’t mind what he was on about, I just loved listening to his voice. Mmmm chocolaty.
We then got onto the subject of music taste somehow. Turns out we are both into the same stuff. It was adorable. I was freezing my butt off but his presence kept me warm, talk about a cliché.
Well were they, ready to shop until we dropped. Well I was at least.
“It’s a good job its quite, with no one around.” I said
“Do you know what we have done?” Mikel asked “How could we be so stupid?!”
“I dunno, what have we done?” I said curiously
“It’s Christmas day!”
“Annnnd?” I seriously had no idea what he was on about.
“All the shops are closed!” He said
“Oh my God they are!” I was utterly distraught. I know I am a bit of a wimp but I started to cry, I wanted to get Mikel something to remember me by, but if all the shops were closed how could I?
“Don’t worry, its only shopping.” He said concerned. He drew me towards him and gave me a hug. A long strong but tender hug, there was no passion behind it though, unfortunately. He gave the best hugs in the world. “Dry your eyes or the tears will freeze.”
Well at least he could make me smile.
“Thanks,” I said with the best smile I could muster.
“Look, there is a café over there, it’s the only thing open, lets go and have a coffee.” He said
“ok,”
I didn’t like coffee, but that’s not the point. We walked in and we were hit by a rush of hot air. Then we saw them.

All the shops are closed!” He said
“Oh my God they are!”

Part 6

Well, I saw them. Mikel had no clue who they were. The populars. The plastics. The bitches. Whatever.
“Sit down, ill get the drinks.” I said, they were NOT going to see him.
“No c’mon! This is your Christmas.”
“No its alright, you don’t have any money, and my order is complex. What do you want?”
“How about some British tea and biscuits?” He asked with a smile. He chose a seat next to the door.
“Sure.”
I went up to the counter and put my back to them. I swear there was more of them than usual.
“Ok, can I have a cup of tea, a selection of biscuits and a glass of coke, thanks”
“Sure ill bring it over” the dude at the counter said.
I went and sat down. I don’t think they had seen me, I sat with my back to them, I looked Mikel right in the eyes, stunning green eyes. As soon has he caught my gaze, he dropped it. Why? Are my eyes ugly? I sat down, and looked at his nose, it was red from the cold, how cute! I couldn’t look for long, the order was here. They guy put the tray down.
“Mmmm this tea is good, how’s your erm… COKE?” Mikel said confused. “I thought you said you order was complex?”
“It is.” I said.
“Ok whatever…”
“Anyway how do you like your biscuits? Do you feel British yet?” I asked.
“Yeah, I sure do.”
“Oh crap” I muttered.
“Sorry, I didn’t catch that” He said
They were coming over. Ok, just be cool. They were all going out of the door, only three left to go through and I would be safe. The last one stopped. Francesca. The ring leader.
“Like O.M.G. Hi Kath! Like is sooooo didn’t expect to see you here!” she said in her ridiculously high pitched voice. “And who is this hottie? Aren’t you going to introduce me?” She said as she twiddled here hair.
“Er…” I was ready to say no, but Mikel stepped in.
“Hi, I’m Mikel.”
“How cool, such an exotic name!” She said. By this point she had her hand on his shoulder. “How do you know Kath then?”
“Well we are just friends. We only met recently.” He said
Well at least he didn’t say he was my Christmas present.
“Oh cool! Well I’m Francesca.”
“And how do you know Kath?” Mikel asked.
“Well, we are like in the same school and she is in like my form.” She replied with a smile.
“Oh cool.”
“You never guess what Kath did the other day, she walked out of the loo with…” She said
“FRANCESSSSCA! Come on, we have to go!” Said a voice
“Sorry, ill finish this story another time, I like must go. Ciao!”
“Nice to meet you! Adios!” Mikel said. He turned to me, by this point I was starting to dig a little hole to go into to get away from the embarrassment. “So are you going to finish this story?” he asked.
“What the hell do you think?” I was pissed awf. Firstly, he had no interest in me, secondly, that bitch Francesca had ruined any chances I did have with him, by starting with that story, one of the worst days of my life.
I got up and went.
