"Wonderland" -Part 20 -Final part

End is so close that this is final part..

Part 24

Some days later, when I was staring at my calendar, I realized something very scary. I almost ran right away to the pharmacy. And quickly back to home. And some minutes later I knew that it was true what I had scared of.
I was pregnant.

I told this to my best friend, not anyone else.
“You’re sure that it’s Javi’s?” was her first question.
“Of course I’m.” I replied tired.
“So, are you going to tell him.” she asked.
“I don’t know. Or I know I should but I’m not ready.” I answered.
“Well, if you ask me, you really should tell him.” she said.
“I’ll tell him someday. But not now.” I decided finally.
“So, you’re seriously keeping this baby?” she asked.
“Of course I’m. There’s no doubt of it.” I replied.

Some days after that conversation, I was walking out. I had to clear up my mind. I was sitting on the park bench. Some little happy family walked in front of me. Parents were laughing when little boy said something. They looked so happy. I just wished that someday I could be in the same situation. Suddenly I remembered one song what I used to listen quite much. It wasn’t so that melody, but those words. They describe so well how I feel right now.

I believe I can heal wounds on me

Epilogue

So, that was my story. I’m now in my second month. And I haven’t told this to Javi. I know that he has right to know about it, but I’m not still ready to talk to him. But I know that I’m really going to keep this baby. Even I hate his/hers dad. But it can’t spoil my baby’s life. I don’t know is it a girl or a boy. I don’t want to know it beforehand. And maybe someday I can forgive him. But now that day seems be so far away. Maybe I’ll tell you someday what really happened. Will Javi ever know that he has a baby or not? But that’s another story then…
